Step 1
Restart your computer. Yes, it sounds silly, but it actually works alot of the time. And don't just pretend to do it and skip this step. Bookmark this page, restart your computer, and try it again. If it doesn't work, come back here to step 2.

Step 2
Download and install the latest version of DirectX from Microsoft's DirectX website, or if you are having problems getting it there, download it here.

Step 3
Reinstall the game. If you did not save your install file, and the download link in your e-mail is no longer valid, e-mail us with your name and transaction ID and we will send a new download link.
